2010 Cabernet Sauvignon

2010 La Cima Sagrantino

SOLD OUT

Very dark in colour. Nose of spices and truffles. Very powerful palate. Well-balanced with a big tannin structure that, while a touch grippy at present, will allow this wine to develop for many years. Food wise - full flavoured red meats would help tame the power. Don’t be scared though - this is a WOW wine - extremely limited.

2009 La Cima Nebbiolo

SOLD OUT

Two years in older French oak has allowed the Nebbiolo to develop and tannin to integrate. The nose is fragrant. A hint of sweetness but a big mouthful of flavour. Great acid and tannin balance. We had a tiny crop in 2009 and only managed to make 1 barrel. Cellar up to 2020.
